How Wosta works
Wosta connects customers with verified craftsmen. Posting is free. Craftsmen never pay a monthly subscription — optional one-time credits only when enabled.

Get it done safely
Track progress, confirm visits, pay by invoice or optional Stripe escrow, then leave a review.

What makes Wosta different
Privacy-first leads
Street address stays hidden until an offer is accepted — competitors cannot see each other’s chats.
Credits, not a subscription
When credits are on, buy a one-time pack to send offers. No monthly craftsman subscription.
Optional escrow
Where card payments are available, customers can pay into escrow by card — the money goes to the craftsman once the work is confirmed. Bank transfer invoices always work.
How it works FAQ
Is posting a job free?
Yes. Customers describe the job, compare offers, and hire at no platform fee.
Do craftsmen pay a monthly subscription?
No. Wosta never charges a craftsman subscription. Optional one-time credit packs only apply when offer credits are switched on.
When do craftsmen see my exact address?
Only after you accept an offer. Until then they see your area — and competing chats stay private.
How do payments work after hire?
Craftsmen can send an invoice for bank transfer or cash at any time. Where card payments are available, you can also pay into escrow — the job works either way.
