Do customers pay to post a job?
No. Posting, comparing offers, chatting, and hiring are free for customers.
Is there a craftsman monthly subscription?
No. Wosta never charges craftsmen a monthly subscription. When credits are switched on, craftsmen buy optional one-time packs — otherwise offers stay free.
What are credit packs for?
Only when credits are required: one pack lets you send offers. Unused credits stay on your wallet. Packs are not a subscription.
Is card payment always available?
Not everywhere yet. Paying into escrow by card and buying credits by card depend on your market. Invoices paid by bank transfer or cash always work.
